The safety and welfare of our students and staffare our highest priorities.   A lockdown is initiated when there is  a threat of violence  on or near campus. During a lockdown students are to remain in the locked classrooms or designated safe locations. The goals of the training drill are to improve ourability to protect students, save lives, and reduce injuries.
