GRADES: 1st through 5th
Friday, 2:35 - 3:35
Learn how to be a part of one of the largest entertainment media platforms. If you spend a great deal of time watching videos on YouTube to learn how to do things, to research, or for just plain fun and find yourself saying, “I could do that!” this course is perfect for you! Whether you have already started your own channel, or simply have an idea, we will cover all of the basics and essentials to get you on the right track with insider tips for success. This will include: fine tuning your idea with plans for long term video sharing, setting up a channel, learning how to upload and properly write descriptions and tags to make videos searchable, creating custom thumbnails with your own personal branding, and how to gain traction and grow subscribers. This course will not teach video editing, but it will cover tips on how to make a great video with personal advice based on each student’s idea for their channel.
